What shipping methods do you use?
Most items ship via USPS parcel post. We reserve the right to ship via other methods as warranted. If Priority, Express or other methods are desired, please inquire. Shipping info including tracking is sent upon shipment. These notices may sometimes be found in your email program's spam file if not seen in the inbox.
How do you pack your china?
All our china and breakables are packaged with great care. Items are properly padded and protected for their journey to you! We have been shipping breakables from bone china to chandeliers for many years with great success. Your purchase, no matter the dollar amount spent, will receive the attention needed to ensure its safe arrival.
I need my plate by this coming Tuesday (or other special date)
Please let us know if your purchase needs to be received by a certain date. We will do our best to accommodate you! Please keep in mind that while express mail options are guaranteed, priority mail is not. Priority is quite reliable and quick, however occasional items may be slow.
