Delano Studios, located on Long Island, created a number of hand-painted plates. This is a version of Currier and Ives' Frozen Up from 1951.
It is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with light to moderate wear & soiling. There is a small chip on the underside of the lip. No other chips; no cracks; no crazing. Stilt marks on the back.
