All items are professionally packaged for their journey to you. Purchases are shipped promptly upon receipt of payment (Except Personal checks or echecks, which may be held for up to 10 days to clear before items may be shipped).
We aim to please - Items may be returned for full purchase price (shipping and handling is not refundable) if received back in the same condition as shipped within 30 days of purchase. Please inform us of intent to return within 7 days of receipt. Once a return is received and is confirmed as our item in described condition, refund will be issued promptly.
